Electro-Plating – This is a finish often used for parts made out of steel for corrosion resistance, to enhance visual appeal, and increase or decrease electrical conductivity. Our qualified vendors offer quality, cost effective plating solutions in zinc, tin, nickel. As well as stainless steel passivation, and copper or brass bright dip. These are ROHS compliant procedures.

Aluminum Finishes

Anodizing – This provides a durable, corrosion protective layer on the base metal’s surface. A variety of colours can be chosen to provide a very appealing finish.

  • Alodine / Chromate Conversion – Complies with MIL-DTL-5541 . This is a very cost effective conversion coating, used for corrosion resistance, which also retains electrical conductivity. The finish can be clear, or yellow/gold.

These are ROHS compliant procedures.

Silk Screen Printing – A final decorative or schematic finish, using a wide selection of colours. Common uses for silk screen printing are for branding of products / logos, strengthening brand recognition. Other uses are part marking, printing of ground symbols, port numbering, caution statements, or any other graphics or text that may be desired. Silk screen printing is more durable, and longer lasting than using labels, as well as a much more appealing, professional look. The ink used is ROHS compliant.
